The UK’s first safer drug consumption facility, known as 'The Thistle', will open in Glasgow on Mon 13 January. Based at the Hunter Street Health & Care Centre, it will operate daily from 9am - 9pm, 365 days of the year. Cllr Allan Casey shows us inside the new facility below👇
