Helpful hints from your local DJ: If I'm playing a song from a certain artist, don't request a different song by the same artist and expect to hear it immediately. This isn't Spotify or the Radio.

One thing that really boils my piss as a DJ is when another DJ tries to pass off a mix as their own that they stole from someone else. ESPECIALLY when they work in the same city. We don't write music, but we are creating new shapes with it and deserve the credit where it's due.
