Out of all my years traveling with British Airways this was the worst trip ever! Completely backwards from the level of customer service I had become used too!! Can’t believe I’m saying this but I’ll think twice for my next trip...

Stranded on a British Airways flight for 5 hours, never offered food, when asked for water, tap water was offered. Very unorganized from the trip to customer service who I still haven’t been able to reach after being on hold for 1 1/2 hours.
