During the 6 months of March and August 2024 we had 19” of rain, during the same period this year we’ve had 5” with several heat waves!! Despite the lack of rainfall and extreme heat the greens Tewkesbury Park are looking and playing 👌

Wednesday 12th November. 40mm of rain so far this week 27mm of that has fallen over night which has resulted in temporary greens in play, NO trolleys.

Fantastic few days of education in Holland at Barenbrug Argentina finished off with an amazing tour of the Ben Rutte golf course, host of the Solheim cup 2026. Thank you Agrovista Amenity

Update on course conditions: we’ve had over 25mm of rain today and it is continuing to fall, with rain forecast all day tomorrow as well. Saturday 15th November will be CARRY only, no trollies. There will also be some temporary greens, the number will be confirmed in the morning.

Saturday 15th November: 42mm of rain yesterday!! Wow!! We have 10 greens in play the rest are temporary greens. NO trollies so CARRY only.

Friday 21st November: Frosty start again this morning has meant temporary greens are in play. We will monitor it throughout the day and update if conditions change.

Wednesday 25th November: a cold, hard, white frost this morning. We are on temporary greens but trollies are permitted

Wednesday 26th November: All greens are now back in play.

Sunday 7th December: CARRY ONLY! We’ve had over 1” of rain the last few days and even though the greens have held up well we are carry only today. We have 1 temporary green in play.

Tuesday 9th December: another downpour over night and more forecast this morning. We are CARRY ONLY and temporary greens are in play. This will be reviewed throughout the day.

Tuesday 16th December: 26mm of rain overnight, CARRY ONLY and temporary greens are in play.

Thursday 18th December. 5 temporary greens in play this morning due to the overnight rain. We will continue to monitor it throughout the day and update if conditions improve. Trolleys permitted

Friday 19th December: 20mm of rain yesterday which brings the weekly total to over 55mm. We are open with 4 temporary green, please carry if you are able, to help reduce wear upon the course.
