Part1: I was the Lead FX Designer for Glitch Techs! This involved pixels, zaps, color, glows, transformations, shines, etcccc! The multiple "poses" for FX designs were critical for the show and I was so amazed at the beautiful job our studios did animating them!

Part2: Glitch Techs FX It's so tough picking which FX to show next so I went with some combo moves. Karate Trainer and Castle Crawl were some of my favs to design and so rewarding to watch in the end!

I mocked up some simple examples for keeping things fresh when you are in a pinch to draw some zaps. There's more than one way to draw these, so know that these are different routes you can go in terms of reworking first passes ⚡️

I did these FX for the new Crunchyroll Originals launch.

Glitch Techs FX cont. Maybe one day I'll be able to explain my process working in TV FX design. But I find it super affective that you can back up your work by visualizing your FX in color and light so that everyone can see what you see.

I had wanted to work on something as cute as WBB and it was a blast to do some FX work here for an extra special version. A lovely surprise seeing it finally announced 🤗
