$GOLD - Gold hits its main support and bounces. There is usually a greater chance it can overshoot the support when a run has intensity and snaps back down, so some great signs so far.

There are a bunch of charts broken or breaking down right now. Overall, I found Oct to be reasonably choppy for new positions, though not unmanageable. If the market does chug along, there are signs of narrowing towards the top 10, but that's if it holds up.

Where were the warning signs? There is a reason this was my last tweet and I haven't been posting charts. As a trader, cash should already be your biggest position right now, and risk should already be tighter. Preserves capital and gets you ready to deploy when the time comes.

You should have a method of tightening your risk when times are bad. You should have a method of knowing when times are looking bad. It can be as simple as a trend following indicator on an index providing you back test up/down trend with your results. I go from .4 to .25% risk.

Tradingview has upped its game, I have just discovered you can filter watchlists with your custom scripts/indicators. This means you can add 1000 stocks to a watchlist and simply scan for your custom entry or for this example if a position would be active in your script.
