It's a weird situation. Part of me is thinking "but this time we must surely see it" and another part is laughing at me for my naïveté.

A simulation is a great idea where a real experiment is too pricy/complex. Could add a factor for the lack of reusability that also often occurs in non-TDD code. We can keep favoring non-testers in sims, suspect they'll continue losing out long term.

Besides being funny, it's striking how this approach to software makes the best out of a weird situation instead of just crashing or giving up. And since those events will happen, that points to a future for it.

Are C# docs really written using actual XML tags? Opening _and_ closing? How on earth...? Is there some original sin C# developers are still paying for?

Don't think OOP belongs in that list of things you need in the end, but this feels like something one should mull on before deciding to go CRUD.

Getting some satisfaction out of typing `git push origin -fu ...` a lot while fighting with gitlab pipeline here. Take that, origin. You're welcome, inner child.

The story here, for those who may have forgotten 2015 (it was a long time ago!) is that the NSA inserted a backdoor into a major encryption standard and then leaned on manufacturers to install it. Thread. 1/
