What online design resources like courses, digital goods or online books would you recommend to early stage designers? I'm about to reach 10K subs(!) on YouTube and would like to do a giveaway (don't wanna bother with shipping physical goods) for my subscribers to celebrate 🎉

Linear roadmaps are misleading without a crystal ball for seeing the future. A roadmap that recognizes the existence of risk as time goes on is more honest. But an effective PM needs to anticipate possible branches, too - and create clear criteria for following each path.
