Friction Fighters... is what the makers of SKF Bearings call themselves. In a talk in Goa yesterday, I gave the SKF a feel of real fighters in the Army. An enthusing experience.

The audience was huge - 3000 plus. The venue was grand - Yashobhoomi. The Josh was infectious. After I delivered a motivating talk to the NJ Investment Group, I couldn't resist clicking a selfie. It was a pleasure to sign over 100 copies of my book INDIA'S BRAVEHEARTS for them

Xin Chao! Last weekend was special. I was invited by ManipalCigna Health Insurance to deliver a talk in Hanoi. Having served there as Defence Attache in Indian Embassy for three yrs, it was good to relive old memories and meet old friends. Third pic essentially describes traditional Vietnam.

I returned last evening after a two day stay at Hotel Taj Bangalore, where I'd gone to deliver a talk. Was really impressed by the National Anthem sung by citizens who work for Taj Hotels in sign language. It tugs at your heart strings. Jai Hind 🇮🇳

Sad to learn that former Chief of Army Staff, Gen S Padmanabhan is no more. He was one of the best Chiefs and very erudite. As a CO, I had the proud privilege of receiving the Unit Citation from him during the Army Day parade on 15 Jan 2001. Rest in peace Sir 🫡 Jai Hind 🇮🇳

During a recent motorbike trip to #Ladakh, I enjoyed the traditional hospitality at the home of L/Nk Tsering Punchok, my former buddy from my battalion who lives in Choglamsar on the bank of #Indus River. Such are the bonds of brotherhood in the Army. Jai Durge 🇮🇳

In case of any emergency, Army comes to your rescue. When you need any information, Google comes to your rescue. Was delighted to give a motivation talk to Google India at Udaipur. The Q&A was sharp. I loved it that Google was asking me questions, instead of me asking Google 😃

Doogler... is what I would be called, if I worked for Google. That's what I learnt after spending a couple of days with Googlers at Udaipur.
