No other show on television made me feel more seen as a kid than Eccleston's Doctor. You just didn't see heroic northern characters like this, especially ones autistic coded when I was going through a rough time realising I too was different and didn't fit in with normal people.

#DoctorWho was... good?? The Robot Revolution was far more confident and slick opener compared to last year's Space Babies. This is a funny and campy neo-Paradise Towers style affair with a lovely return of RTD's mean streak going out on the deaths. Love the set up teases too!

Fully on board the theory that Aliss Fenley was dead the entire time now I've rewatched The Well. She was merely a possessed puppet of the Entity, an advanced form of 'Sky' we see in Midnight. It used this woman's terrified final moments and turned it into a trap. #DoctorWho

I loved that Conrad's <Think_Tank> group is clearly not the original one seen in Robot, they are fascist fanboys researching and revitalising a classic enemy of UNIT deliberately to provoke their history. They even have a version of their music from the original. #DoctorWho
