Recently attended a training Arizona K12 Center. Equity & grade level standards are the frame that holds up the curriculum/instruction ladder. Amazing training on how to be effective mentors/coaches for new teachers. Already applying some small things. #TheDiverseClassroom #AZK12 #mentor

This is also a problem in special ed when admin has little to no experience. I found this true all the time as a self contained special ed teacher. It was always a great opportunity to help admin see that even though my lesson might look different it was still amazing.
