Day 13 of Ross Cider Advent Calendar. #nowdrinking Ashton Bitter Cider. Bold/heavy tannins, touch of bitterness and a decent dry drop. No real acidity in this. If you like tannins you'll love this. #realcider

Day 14 of Ross Cider Advent Calendar. #nowdrinking Birdbarker Perry. Sweet, juicy, pear drops, good levels of acidity, and tingle on the tastebuds. Very easy drinking, even if a little sweeter than i normally go for. #realperry

#nowdrinking Hecks Cider Porters Perfection. Dry, fruity, citric and very easy drinking. No real tannins to speak of. #realcider

#nowdrinking Harry's Cider Haymaker. Smooth, juicy, moderate acidity/sharp, mild tannins and a bit of a mouthpuckering finish. #realcider

#nowdrinking Hecks Cider Yarlington Mill. Lovely cider. Silky smooth, natural sweetness, fruity and a nice acidity/tannins finish to tingle the tastebuds. #realcider

Day 15 of Ross Cider Advent Calendar. #nowdrinking Harry Masters Jersey Cider. Very tannic, dry and a good dose of bitterness. Slight acidic tingle but mainly about the tannins. Getting some oakiness in the finish. Decent 👍 #realcider

Day 16 of Ross Cider Advent Calendar. #nowdrinking Barland Perry. Tangy acidic bite, lovely citric pear flavours and a gentle tannic finish. Taken the tastebuds on a wonderful journey 👌 #realperry

Day 17 of Ross Cider Advent Calendar. #nowdrinking Broome Farm Medium Dry Still Perry. Smooth, rich, nice tangy feel, and much sweeter than I was expecting. Very nice and juicy with a light tannins finish. #realperry

Day 18 of Ross Cider Advent Calendar. #nowdrinking Suzie-Wong Medium Sweet Still Cider. Sweet, juicy, flavoursome and light acidity/tannins. Just very easy to drink but not challenging. Reminds me a bit like an apple pie in a glass. #realcider

Day 19 of Ross Cider Advent Calendar. #nowdrinking Hendre Huffcap Perry. Dry, fruity, hit of bitterness/tannins and a lovely citric acidic bite to finish with. Very satisfying 👌#realperry

Day 20 of Ross Cider Advent Calendar. #nowdrinking White Bache Perry. Delicate, light, fruity, good levels of acidity and just a good all round perry. This feels a little more tangy/tart the more you have. A nice surprise. #realperry

Day 21 of Ross Cider Advent Calendar. #nowdrinking Headless Man Oak Barrel Medium Dry Still Cider. Smooth, moderate tannins, juicy and has a slight toffee apple taste. The aftertaste is some oakiness/smokiness but not overpowering. Far too easy drinking. #realcider

Day 22 of Ross Cider Advent Calendar. #nowdrinking Winnal's Longdon Perry. Delicate, initial sweetness, fruity, zingy, decent acidity, citric and a taste explosion. Nice drying finish. #realperry

Day 23 of Ross Cider Advent Calendar. #nowdrinking Browns Apple Cider. Like a green apple, sharp/sour, plenty of acidity, and lots to tingle the tastebuds. #realcider

Day 24 of Ross Cider Advent Calendar. #nowdrinking Yellow Huffcap Perry. Sweet start, smooth, good acidity and a little wine like. Definitely a touch citrus/sharp/bitterness and a tart tang feel. It's growing on me this one as a bit undecided at start. #realperry

Nice to be back at The Cider Box for a few pre-rave drinks. On the Hecks Cider range here. First was Kingston Black and now the Discovery. Both great in different ways. #realcider
