Terrible service by Ryanair regards my wheelchair, making me wait 15+ extra minutes to board

Was told this is my own fault (remember my whole issue with changing tickets?) Ryanair what joy do you get from shaming and discriminating?

And the captain is pulling off without me. Ryanair you can't apologise for this.
