In Mrs. Minks 1st grade class, students read The Gingerbread Man and brought his house to real-life by making a Gingerbread house. After they finished building, they wrote about how to make a Gingerbread House 🎄

This morning our district walk-thrus led us to Tompkinsville Elementary School. In our classroom visits, it was evident to see how hard teachers at TES have been working. We witnessed groundbreaking literacy strategies, student collaboration, and strong mathematical practices!
