BTW: One of the best Outlook plug-ins I use is TechHit's SimplyFile. If you file email into folders for tracking/archival purposes, you will LOVE this tool. It automatically figures out what folder an email should be filed into & will move it for you. techhit.com/SimplyFile/

Interesting read. I've found that several of the email maintenance issues raised here are addressed (for me, anyway) by a tool called SimplyFile by TechHit. Fantastic product for filing emails very quickly. techhit.com/SimplyFile/
