What are you putting together to aid transition from year 6 - year 7?

So opening evening for year 6 students is going virtual. We have been asked to do a 2/3 minutes video to represent maths. Has anyone got any great ideas?

What strategies do you use to help close the gap between disadvantaged and non disadvantaged students in maths?

Best visualisers that can be moved around between classrooms?
