On site we recently removed our tower crane 🏗️

To remove such a large piece of equipment we had to use a second tower crane to remove the first.

Willmott Dixon then gave a site tour to RiderLevettBucknall, our employers agent, with a glimpse of #TowerBridge from the roof.

We had the pleasure of showing students from Auburn University around TBC.London, explaining the retrofit approach when close to listed buildings.

The Accumulator Tower & Chimney Stack is a Grade II-Listed Building preserving the Tower Bridge hydraulic power plant.

The latest issue of  #NLQ  features our very own TBC.London as a notable example of material #reuse with the installation of 1930s salvaged #steel .

This September, TBC LONDON has taken big strides towards its next milestone:
🏗️ Completed cores up to the 8th and top floor
🏗️ Decking completed on level 8
🏗️ Completed installation of the frame to hold the façade on north face
🏗️ Installed pre-fabricated stairs in both cores

For example, we’ve painted our hoardings in Airlite UK to improve air quality in the local #LondonBridge area. Once complete, we’ll be using the innovative paint inside the building too.
