The neurodivergent urge to over share to everyone, and then regret it instantly 🙃

I've reframed a lot of my efforts away from "How can I be Productive with ADHD" into "Working Resiliently/Happily/Effectively with ADHD." In doing so, I've found techniques that serve my mental health first. The "production" benefit to work is a fringe benefit of my happiness.
