Ironic that Delta can blow up my cruise vacation 24 hrs before it begins, but they can take 30 days to respond / resolve

So disappointed with the miserable customer service and response time with Delta, who blew up our dream vacation by canceling flight 24 hrs before we leave but won’t be able to respond to my email for more than 30 days.

So Delta has screwed over at least 14 others thinking they were bound for Alaska dream vacation, with a flight cancellation 24 hrs before departure…but alas they cannot respond or help for 30 days

Still hearing the stories of Alaska cruisers left high and dry by Delta flight cancellations. And they are basically non-responsive …taking in excess of 30 days to reply
