This 23-year-old Tampa man is making history for his dazzling moves during @TheWeeknd's Super Bowl halftime show. He has high-functioning autism and is the first known person with an intellectual & developmental disability to take part in the show. Vladimir Duthiers explains.

Today I went to the home of my friend Joshua Felder to give him his Council Commendation. Josh was a dancer at the City of Tampa Super Bowl this year & was the first person with Autism to perform at the Super Bowl. His mom was proud of Josh’s achievement and spirit & so am I.
