The Govt's #IllegalMigrationBill is being rushed through without consideration of issues of fundamental importance. Watch Stuart McDonald explaining in Monday's debate in the UK House of Commons why those raising concerns deserve to be heard 👇 The Law Society Law Society Scotland
How often does this happen? After 10 years of struggle our #Ugandan client’s appeal allowed on the day of the hearing on Articles 3 & 8 #human rights grounds & now also allowed on #asylum. Our @Nafsica_V instructing @A_C_Benfield of DSC Immigration team w/ support from Helen Bamber Foundation 🧡 .

Amidst the ongoing conflict in #Sudan, a glimmer of hope for one #Eritrean child. Our client has won his appeal & will now be able to get to safety & join his #refugee brother in the UK. Our Raj Sahota with help from British Red Cross 🧡 & counsel Navida Quadi of Garden Court Chambers
🚶♀️Tomorrow we are proud to be joining Migrants Organise and taking part in the London #LegalWalk 2023. We will be walking 10km to help fundraise for migrant and refugee #AccesstoJustice . 👇Read below on how you can support this effort: londonlegalsupporttrust.enthuse.com/pf/migrants-or…
Still flabbergasted as to how ongoing threat from the Taliban in #Afghanistan is not considered urgent enough for the Home Office Delighted to have been able to work with British Red Cross 🧡 to help a family reunite & challenge the ongoing and systemic delay in family reunions
