It doesn't matter if you've been married for 1 week, 5 months or 15 years ... you should never stop trying to impress one another.

If making decisions together ... and checking in with our spouse and telling them where we are and when we're going to be home ... is called being whipped ... we personally like being whipped.

Don't flirt with people you're not married to. Don't STOP flirting with the person you married.

If any of these things are important to your spouse ... sex, communication, praise, affection, etc, ... then they should also be important to you.

When it comes to emotional needs ... real giving in marriage is when we give our spouse what is important to them, whether we understand it ... or not.

In the final days of your life will you want to hug your degree or car? Will you find comfort in reading your bank statement; or wish you'd spent more time in the office? No, what will matter is people. If relationships will matter most then, shouldn't they matter most now?
