This Garen change kind of sucks. It nerfs his oneshot crit build severely, while also being really underwhelming on his "fighter" build since you max W last (u need Q&E ms/cd) Instead of being good at one thing (oneshotting with crit and R), now he's just mediocre at everything

Lvl 1 E start > W start with this nerf. This change is quite weird - his W is not a real issue - the only place he's overtuned is his EQ dmg lvl2-10, which you can easily fix by adjusting the numbers down by ~5%. ryze still strong, there'll prob be more nerfs in future patches
