#Y1 have been super busy and active this term. We made the most of a beautiful September morning. The children enjoyed reading in the sun and keeping active on the climbing frame.

This term #Y1 have been exploring God’s love and care for all families. We have read psalms, listened & sung songs, role played and create collages. We reflected on scripture in our forest school and created our own prayer. #ComeAndSeeRE

Today is the Feast of St. Paul of the Cross, and so to celebrate, our students who went to StPauloftheCross had a feast during Inspire! We had croissants, pan au chocolat, and hot chocolate sachets to enjoy! 😊 #FeastDay

Last week Year 1 started their new art pathway. The children researched artists that have been inspired by flora and fauna around them. #Y1

On Monday #Y1 responded to images and film of flora and fauna by creating observational drawings. We started with continuous line drawing using a pen and then moved to drawing with graphite, oil pastels & watercolours. 1 of 2
