We keep getting the same automated response in private when they publicly say “Send us a DM”. Nobody is actually helping us

Point proven. No reply to our questions and we get a message that literally says “this is an automated reply” this is preventing our local business from growing because our 5 star Google reviews are what drives business

Yes we have filled out the form and have also submitted an appeal. We have sent you a dm with the case is already and it got us nowhere. Nobody will tell us exactly why our account was disabled and we keep getting automated responses.
