Disappointed and angered by decline in this service I'm faced with at least four hour commute to London from Norwich today two changes including rail replacemant bus so I'm driving which I didn't want to do. AND fare increase. Insulting and crap Greater Anglia

I just can’t imagine how bitter you would be. The miscarriages of justice we hear about are I think the top of the iceberg too. You can’t compensate for life spent incarcerated. It’s appalling.
