The modding tools for BG3 are going to keep me VERY busy.

I strongly advocate save scumming. Accidents/misclicks happen and sometimes progression will lock you out of content without warning. Also I don't expect people to play through the entirety of their progress again just to see what's down another path.

Hot Take: I think Baldur's Gate 3 expansions should be separated campaigns that start at lvl 1

34 hours of baldurs gate 3 and I'm still in act 1, the other acts can't possibly be this long... right?

There is so much to take away from BG3 and apply to my normal dnd games. I love how useful spells and skills feel. Also, the itemization, I'll be using some of these magic items in my dnd games for sure.

moving on to act 2 finally, only took 44 hours

My Baldur's Gate 3 wishlist: 1. Separate camp chest for food supplies 2. Quicker, smoother way to swap out team-mates at camp 3. Access every teammate's inventory in camp 4. Have separate inventory tabs for consumables, junk, weapons, armour etc OR let us rename the backpacks

It's refreshing how mechanically similar #BaldursGate3 is to dnd. It's almost jarring when I stumble across something different. Example: "I don't have anything to spend my action on, I'll just dodge... Oh wait we don't have that (yet)"

WotC doesn't get enough credit for being so closely engaged with their community. It seems like people just want to be upset when WotC has a bad idea instead of celebrating that they didn't follow through If you want them to continue listening, stop punishing them for doing it
