Fixed compatibility issue with Megaswitch HD and Mega Everdrive Pro, in Master System mode, if HDMI was constantly rebooted. A 22nf ceramic capacitor needs to be added to the B30 input of Board-C.

New Board-C revision for Master System mode. Issues with the Mega EverDrive PRO were previously discovered and fixed with a 22nf capacitor. On one console with a cold VDP, there was interference on the ZCLK, and a 27pf capacitor helped. Both capacitors are now in the new revision

Testing the new Board-C with 2 new capacitors showed The 22nf capacitor (for MegaEverdrive Pro) works perfectly and does not require soldering an external one. The 27pf capacitor (ZCLK filter) cannot be installed on Board-C boards. It only worked once on the VA2 console.
