I will not be in a position to complete examination of CGL 12. I started today. but it will take one week. I do not have the time

Relinguished the post of chairman, ssc this evening. acccomplished a lot; yet could not achieve a few things-most important is data accuracy

examined about 400 representations of cgl 2012. abt 350 have no merit. abt 30 of them category changes; a few valid represntations.

cgl reps:abt 450 reps from withheld cand being examined phases.abt 600 reps of category blank cases will be examined with nr's new data
