I've been obsessing over this show lately, the art direction is incredible even though you can tell that they had a pretty limited budget. I love how they play with shadows and silhouettes to create interesting compositions

In the final chapter's drafts, it's noticeable that Toriyama originally drew Chaozu with just a single hair. It's funny that he didn’t forget such a trivial detail, too bad it didn’t make it into the final version. We can also see that Mr. Popo isn’t drawn in the same position
