A difficult decision and a bitter pill for those involved, but it gives us all (clubs and committees) time to regroup and refocus for 2022 when it will be back bigger and better than ever.

SOME GOOD NEWS: We've been awarded £54,117 from the Government’s Culture Recovery Fund! 😀 This will help to offset the ongoing costs for #BridgwaterCarnival & our associated carnival clubs to help recovery & to prepare for the future. Wellington Carnival Committee Statement Wellington Carnival 2021 We have made the difficult decision for this year, after consulting with the carnival clubs, that we will be holding a Street Fair during the day to mark what would have be Carnival Day, but no procession.
