This stretch of Pacific Coast Highway previously contained some of the most desirable beachfront properties in the world. Very few structures survived the Palisades Fire. It’s questionable whether CA’s elected officials will actually allow these property owners to rebuild.

4 years ago, LA spent $17 million to turn an old Venice hotel into a homeless shelter. Four years later, it’s still sitting empty — housing exactly zero people. At best, it’s a colossal failure. At worst — it’s corruption at the highest level of LA city government. 🤬😤

Still sad to see the once bustling Rose Cafe close its doors after 45 years in Venice Beach. Dilapidated RVs have been parked outside this location since 2020. Elected officials act shocked that tourists are not returning and LA City is facing a billion dollar revenue shortfall

Watch this 30 minute installment. It will air on PBS, April 7th. Politicians need to make some unpopular decisions on how to solve this crisis. Few have the political will despite knowing privately it isn't working. Secretary Kennedy Dr. Drew Soledad Ursua youtu.be/ZNYUvE40-nM?si…
