Hey Brussels Airlines - my mother's bag was delayed over 48 hrs after an int'l flight. She submitted a claim for some small purchases, which you promptly denied. After 8 emails (no responses), and 5 phone calls, you say it'll take 4-6 weeks to reply? ...is this normal?
