Twice a month, Listening Volunteer Ann from Waterford answers overnight calls to our helpline. She says night duty suits her work schedule and lifestyle, and she finds it very rewarding: “Callers need to talk to someone. They often need to pour their heart out,” Ann says (🧵1/3)
