We are currently revising the Customer Journey Modelling Language (to become CJML v2.0). The “atoms” of a journey are still the Touchpoints, which can be of two types: Action or Communication Point. The Journey Phase represents a higher level of abstraction.

How can we develop a precise modelling language for customer journeys? And what lessons can be learned from involving target users? Our paper describing the details of CJML has been accepted in the journal Software and Systems Modeling! To appear very soon (Open Access).
