Summer baseball is now over for most! Fall baseball starts in about 2 months for most! Your body should look STRONGER/BETTER when your coaches see you in the fall. Get the most out of these 2 months in the weightroom. Your body wants to get stronger! It wants to change!

Scouts/Recruiters don't ask if players can play...they use their eyes for that. They ask...how's the makeup, how's the parents, how's the work ethic, how's the maturity, does he love competing, can he deal with failure, is he a winner, etc!
