Surefire method to transition between projects: - Close all docs/webpages for project #1 - Open key doc for project #2 - Clean desktop - Clean downloads folder - Refill water bottle - Repot plant - Go pet the cats - Think about a new chess opening - Now, what was my plan today?

One side reason it's fine for projects to take long? With time, you can forget enough to tell if what you wrote made any sense
