I really don't feel anything anymore it's just showing up Double Admission day and when census becomes 2-2.5x of normal. You've to also see casualty Ward SICU I gave CPR to a patient but before and after feeling was quite mechanical. Reminder to be kind :) Bless us Lord 🙏

Best part is patients coming for review want to see me and not my PGs FYI:- I struggle to speak fluent tamil. 100% non verbal communication skills recommended
