Even if NOTA registers most votes, the candidate with the next highest votes wins.

Better to vote for an independent candidate who contests without money & resources. Encourage them for next time

I never understood this. Can't the car manufacturers make a fuel tank which shows the exact quantity of fuel it has, at all times? Or if the density varies, just measure the flow of fuel which has been filled in the tank.
