Lindsay Just keep up the fight you can do it! My best advice is to fast in the AM, give yourself an 8-10 hour window to eat maybe like 10-6? Eat good nutrient dense calories from whole foods, drink your water, get your steps in and lift some kind of resistance training 3-4x per week!
