Now Ive already spent hours waiting and holding on a phoneline that is overworked because of all of the above.

Standard Bank ZA shabdude I dont blame any personnel at StdB. My bankers are amazing, kind, effective people. People on the phone are kind and helpful and well trained. I blame the top management of the bank for putting other agendas before their clients and personnel. Its really a shame
