Tonight we learned all about Scottish Fire and Rescue Service UFAS policy as well as practicing some BA drills - even some of our instructors got involved 🫣. We also had our tuck shop open to raise funds for the group.

A fantastic last night of the year for YVS Lanarkshire. Achievements celebrated, certificates presented, birthday milestones acknowledged (Happy 18th Andrew) and we found the YVS gonks and saved Christmas! We wish everyone a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year. 🎅 🎄

YVS Lanarkshire had a fantastic morning supporting the Fire Fighters Charity charity at their first ever Scottish Fire and Rescue Service Santa Dash at Cambuslang. Despite the weather we spread some Christmas cheer and chocolate selection boxes.

A great start back to YVS Lanarkshire, a planning session and a short walk to blow away the Christmas cobwebs as well as learn a little more about road safety!

A bit wet and wild at SFRS Lanarkshire YVS tonight but the attitude and commitment of our young people was as fantastic as always! Continual learning and improvement whatever the weather!

A good night at YVS Lanarkshire last night, great input from Coatbridge Amber watch, working hard in the drill ground (at least it was dry!) and celebrating another 50 hours Saltire awards. Well done all!
