I spoke on AI Inclusion and someone asked a very brilliant question at a BA conference: How do we measure inclusion? My answer was to look at things from the qualitative and quantitative side. This is a good success metric for measuring AI adoption. #business #leadership #career

If you want to rise fast as a product manager, one piece of advice I'd give is to improve your discovery skills. The better you become at product discovery, the more perception of seniority you'll get. This is something I wish I had known how to navigate earlier.
