Atorvastatin 20mg currently Department of Health and Social Care will pay £1.56 the cheapest I can find it for is £4. I use over 250 boxes a month. They should have to declare where they believe it is available from at that ridiculous price. Community Pharmacy England why should I foot the £600+ bill?

So atorvastatin 20mg price concession last month was £1.56. It is now only available from wholesalers at £5.00 ish. We use hundreds of packs per month. It could result in a loss of thousands of pounds to our pharmacy this month. What do we do Community Pharmacy England ?

Across our two pharmacies the impact of this change is c£3k per month. It will hit in a few months time. Then we get hit with the national living wage rise which costs us at least £2k/month. So a net impact of £5,000 per month.
