So how many days till football starts again?

First run since Boston today and calves are still super sore!

Suffered through this mornings swim, thankfully @MEMongan was in the same boat so I was able to get a slight draft.

Legs are still pretty beat up...looking forward to cheerleading the Rock n Roll this weekend in Nashville and resting them legs!

Nice little track workout in the rain with Scott Duprex this morning.

4:30 wake up calls really make the day seem long, but nearly 2 hours on the trainer seems worth it!
