Helene's impacts will be felt FAR inland as its energy gets whipped into the Ohio Valley by the Fujiwhara Effect. This produces a swath of high wind across Indiana on Friday resulting in power outages & areas of wind damage. Peak gusts of 50-60+ mph occur between 2 pm - 9 pm.
