The Daily Pilot has 7 boys' basketball teams in the CIF quarterfinals Tuesday night. Great showing for our local ballers. They are: FVHS Boys Basketball 🏀 (D2AA), Marina (D2A), CDM ATHLETICS (D2A), Sage Hill Boys Basketball (D3AA), @CostaMesaBBB (D4AA), Estancia High School Athletics (D4A) and Los Amigos (D5A).

Another interesting thing to note is that both boys basketball teams from the Wave League will advance to the CIF State playoffs, whereas the 4 Surf League teams that made the playoffs will not (unless in Division 1, you make the quarterfinals you make state, then Los Al is in).
