Sunday Independent front page, after a fast turnaround on the Thomas Gould story, looking like this. Lots of interesting stories and big reads inside. Pity about the rugby!

Twenty years ago yesterday my comic play, 'One Flew Over the Henrik Larsson Lounge', played to a packed house in the #ErrigleInn on Belfast's Ormeau Road, a magical night I'll never forget. Sadly, Kevin Dorothy, who played Sammy the Hun, is no longer with us, except in our hearts

This is the front page of my final edition of the Sunday Independent, after five years and four weeks in the job. Inside a big paper is the surprise interview trailed top left plus a whole lot more. It's been a joy and a privilege, thanks to a hugely committed team. Over and out

Spain’s tomatoes are elite 🍅✨ Sun-soaked fields and generations of care make every bite bursting with flavor. That’s why Spanish tomatoes are simply unbeatable.🌞 👉 travelspain.info/4nwASzK 📸 @pacocastanares on IG #VisitSpain #ThinkyouknowSpain #SpainGastronomy

Until I went to live and work in Spain in 1984, I hated tomatoes. Then I discovered Spanish tomatoes -- it was like winning the lottery -- and now I love them (but only big tasty Spanish ones, with extra virgen olive oil and black pepper). Mmmmm!

This is Sir Roger the Asian elephant who was shot by firing squad for being trunk and disorderly, and he's one of the main attractions in Glasgow's Kelvingrove Art Gallery and Museum. I'm writing about #Glasgow in today's (Saturday) travel pages in The Herald.
