There are vastly different levels of bread. There is whatever the fuck they wrap around a Big Mac. There is bread. There is a dude who sits around and stares at goo and sells you bread. Which will you chooose?

It’s really a terrible thing to toast a brioche bun improperly. A thin but thorough coat of fat. I like butter but mayo works. Even heat. Nice and slow.
