OK #SBL hit me with ur thoughts - vandalism. 1600 pupils, very little behaviour issues. Why do they keep wrecking the place? 🙄 Willingness from HT/ DHTs to address but no CCTV to identify culprits. How do I change the culture?

2022 NY resolution is to read more. Don't know where to start though! 😳 Could any of you lovely people give me suggestions of easy to read, laugh one minute, cry the next type of stuff? Last book I read was "Me Before You" and I loved it 👍 x
